We have been supplying equipment for the railway vehicle industry since 1984.

INNOVATION for mechanical centrifugal force sediment separators (FSA)

In the last year we have set work on the design and development of our new centrifugal force sediment separator which will mark a step ahead towards energy-optimized and noise-reduced filtration systems.

To meet new challenges in the marketplace, we develop new products based on the FSA BR 60 which is used worldwide.

To mark the open day on 12.05.2007 SGW Werder GmbH & Co. KG celebrate its 15th anniversary of being a privately financed company.This event was a great success! We want to thank all our visitors for their lively interest, all the congratulations and gifts!

Activities

The European project

"EUDD-EUROPEAN DRIVERS DESK"

has been completed with success.

On the basis of the research results we are preparing the manufacture of a new desk generation.

We offer our clients at home and abroad technical assistance in the implementation of specific project solutions!

Market Development Program

The program aims at further consolidating the company's relations with China and fulfilling existing contracts.

The first deliveries of equipment for the serial production of locomotives have been made.

Objective: An extensive field of application (e.g., passenger carriages).

DIN EN ISO 9001

Zert Implementation of a continuous and comprehensive quality management system secures the high quality of products and services from SGW Werder GmbH & Co. KG. The quality management system at SGW Werder GmbH & Co. KG has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 by the quality management certification association DVS ZERT e.V.

The Auditing Project

In 2002, the company was again certified to ISO 9001:2000 by DVS ZERT.
All preparations for certifying an environmental management system and an occupational safety and health management system will be completed in 2003.

Developing a new noise- and energy-optimized centrifugal separator

New requirements have to be met, as we expand the areas where our air filters are used. To develop products for the national and – to an ever increasing extent – international markets, we have analyzed our achievements in technical and economic terms, being particularly mindful of customers’ requirements.
At this stage of our work, our company has already applied for a patent. Our clients’ interest and partnerships with universities in Berlin, Erlangen and elsewhere enable us to find effective solutions.
